Good place but be wary of the upsell. Felt like i was at a car dealership

Great experience so far. When I called in to make an appointment, the receptionist was wonderful. She was thorough, kind and very empathetic to my concerns. At our first visit, the team took their time with us and I felt at ease in their care.

Customer service is perfect, my dog passed away and the ashes were packed so nice in a wood carved box with flowers carved on it and the snout and paw print was awesome I miss my dog

I cannot thank dr Daigle enough, and I'll shout it from the rooftops! Going to a new vet when your dog has lots of health problems can be a challenge. With the first visit dr Daigle told me that I could call or email him photos if I wasn't sure. And he truly meant it! Today, I brought in a sample without an appointment. Dr Daigle called me back within the hour, reassured me on what I did right and helped me to find even better ways to support my dog. I'm just so so thankful! And I expected to pay at least something, but didn't have to. He has the best heart!Caring for a dog with health issues can be a challenge, so these blessings make my weeks!
