Great people and service

A friend asked me to pick up her elderly dog from here and the staff told her that they would wait until 3 which I arrived at 3:01 and there were two cars in the parking lot. Only to knock at all their doors, call them over and over which you can’t leave a message. And then one of you guys leave.Absolutely unacceptable that you would sneak out during that time after telling the owner you would wait for someone and then sneak off. I feel bad for anyone else that will in the future want to actually reach these people and can’t even leave a message. That’s a whole new FU to the customer when you won’t let them leave a message for your staff. Thank god I don’t use you guys. I was just asked to help with a pick up. As I’m posting this I’m still here in the parking lot as my friend tries to call and get someone to answer since we don’t know what to do to get her dog back who is old and very stressed. Heartless, that’s what your staff is.

We take our 15 year old blind baby and they love on her and take great care of her. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their fur baby and wants excellent care! We love them!
